For passengers

• Avoid pressing the buttons repeatedly
• Do not block or enter while the doors are closing
• Respect the cabin's rated capacity
• If the cabin stops suddenly, stay calm and use the emergency button
• Do not let children ride without an adult

For building managers

• Keep a valid maintenance contract
• Renew the safety certificate on time
• Keep the service emergency number handy
• Report any unusual noise or vibration immediately
